My lesson

I gave a lesson on aromatherapy and a herbal lesson in the afternoon. All of my students enjoyed making a face pack. The face pack was made by very fine clay, a little sandal wood powder, a little honey and water. It helps to keep moisture in the skin. So I think that the face pack helps dried skin in winter.

Festival

My husband and I went to our favorite chinese noodles shop near our home. Then we went to my father's home. I did the housework and I cooked food for Gonta as usual. Then we walked Gonta and we took him to the animal clinic as usual, too. After we said goodbye to Gonta, we went to see Kawagoe festival. We saw many gorgeous floats on the main street in Kwagoe. There were many people and many food stalls on the street. The festival was filled with excitement, so we enjoyed ourselves.

My work

I made a sample for my hand sewing lesson at night. I used many circular patches which my mother had cut out before she passed away. I guessed she wanted to teach how to make a chiristmas wreath with the circular patches in her hand sewing lesson someday. Because I found her note about it recently. So I decided to take it over from her. But I havn't finished making it yet.

My favorite park

It was fine autumn weather today,too. I went to my father's home in the afternoon. I did the housework and I cooked food for Gonta as usual. Then I walked him to my favorite park for a long time. We strolled there for a while, and then we went up a steep flight of stairs in the park. We went to see a life lenghening guardian deity, and then we visited the Atago shrine. We walked for 80 minutes. I was tired, but I enjoyed walking.

The special lunch box

My husband dropped in the Hokkaido fair in a departmentstore on his way home and he bought 2 special steak lunchboxes for supper. It seemed to be delicious, so I took a picture of it. Then we enjoyed eating the lunchbox. It was delicious!

Walking

My husband and I visited the memorial service tower where my mother's ashes rest in Saiun temple. Then we went to my father's home. Gonta was fine and his left eye was getting better than the previous Saturday. I did the housework and I cooked food for Gonta as usual. Then we walked him to a path through rice fields. The view was nice, so my husband took a few pictures.

My lesson

I gave a lesson on aromatherapy and a hand sewing lesson in the afternoon. First I taught my students how to make the gel cream for eyes. All of them made the gel for the first time, so they were very excited. Next I taught them how to sew a patchwork stuffed toy cat. While sewing we enjoyed chatting.
