a cooking lesson

I went to my friend's home to take a cooking lesson in the morning. She taught her students and me how to cook "Special Japanese soup for new year", " Simmered pork and Chinese cabbage", "egg and bean curd skin(=Yuba) cooked with rice"and "paprika and ham cake". It was difficult for me to make a chrysanthemum with a turnip. The chrysanthemum was steamed and it was simmered in a special Japanese soup. All of the cooking was beautiful this time, too. All of her students and me took some pictures of them. Then we enjoyed eating them and we enjoyed talking.

My student's teddy bear

My student Terumi came to my home in the evening. I met her for the first time in 5 months. I gave a teddy bear making lesson to her. She showed me her teddy bear which was her homework. It was very cute, so I took a picture of it. Then I taught her how to make a new teddy bear. While making it she enjoyed talking with me all the time.

My lesson and a sample

My student Yumiko came to my home in the afternoon. I gave a lesson on aromatherapy and a herbal lesson in the afternoon. She enjoyed making a cream for shoes. After the lesson, I made herbal tea for her and I gave it to her. We enjoyed talking for a while.
After supper I made a sample for my hand-sewing lesson. I made it little by little everyday. I finally finished making it, so I was really happy and I took a picture of it.

a cooking lesson

I went to my friend's home to take a cooking lesson. I reached the station near her house earlier than usual, so I had a cup of coffee at a coffee shop. Then I went to her home. She taught my classmates and me how to cook three kinds of Japanese cooking. We cooked them with broiled eel, some mushrooms, some vegetables, some bean curd and some pork ground meat. All of the cooking was delicious. While eating we enjoyed talking all the time.

I took a teddy bear making lesson in the morning. I was a little late in the class, so I apologized for being late to my teacher. There were two new classmates in the class. My teacher taught my classmate Kimiko and me how to remake a bag with some piece of fur. It was difficult to sew for me, so I faced on uphill struggle with it. After the lesson, my teacher, Kimiko and me had lunch at a restaurant in the school building. Then I went to my father's home. I did the housework and I cooked food for Gonta as usual. I was busy all day.

preparation of my lesson

I prepared for my hand-sewing lesson all day. I traced 175 parts on many pieces of cloth with 3 patterns. Then I cut them out and I ironed them. After supper, I packed them into a plastic bag for each of my students. Then while remembering how to make the wreath for Christmas, I made the textbook for the hand-sewing lesson. I felt time flashed by all day.

I stayed at home all day. I made a sample for my hand-sewing lesson in the afternoon. I started making it 4 days ago. The sample was a wreath for Christmas, and it was made from 30 patches. While making it I watched TV. After supper, I kept making it. I finally finished it at midnight. I was tired, but I was happy to finish making it. So I took a picture of it.
