My lesson

I gave a lesson on aromatherapy and a hand sewing lesson in the afternoon. I taught my students how to make a bottle of mouth-wash. They put several drops of their favorite essential oil into their beaker which I had poured some water and ethyl alcohol before the lesson. Then they mixed it with the glass stick and they poured it into a little spray bottle. The mouth-wash gives prevention against colds, so it is useful for them in winter. They enjoyed making it all the time. Then I taught them how to sew a pouch. They have really good hand-sewing skills, so they sewed them until they were about half finished this time, too. After the lesson, we enjoyed talking with a cup of herbal tea and some sweets.

Tokyo tower

My husband and I went to Ikebukuro by bus. We tried to have lunch at a Chinese noodle shop in Ikebukuro Tobu department store. I liked the shop, but he didn't like it. Because the Chinese noodles didn't have a heavy taste, so it wasn't his favorite taste. Then we went to a temple called Zojo-ji. I found a cute wooden dragon ornament, so I bought it impulsively. Then we went to Tokyo tower and we went to the observatory. There were many people, so it was hard to take pictures of the night view. I enjoyed watching the night view every January, but I was moved by it this time, too.

a temple

My husband and I went to his favorite Chinese noodle shop in the afternoon. There were about fifteen people waiting to eat in the shop. We had to wait for our turn for about 30 minutes. Then we went to the temple-called Gokokuji. We threw in a coin to the offering box, and we were walking in the precinct of the temple. I took several pictures of somethings there. Then I drew a fortune slip as usual. It had a tiny wisdom-God charm. The charm is one of the Seven Gods of Fortune. I'm going to put into my wallet, because believe or not, it will bring happiness and money to me.

Gonta

I went to my father's home at noon. When Gonta looked at me, he barked and jumped with his joy. I walked him at once and I gave his food to him. After I did the housework, I was watching TV for a while. While Gonta was taking a nap, he put his head under a sofa which I was sitting down. His sleeping figure was cute, so I took a picture of it. Then I walked him and I played with him a lot as usual.
