a cooking lesson

I went to my friend's home to take a cooking lesson in the morning. She taught her student and me how to cook "scattered sushi for girl's day","clam's soup bowl", and "steamed cod and turnip". Today's cooking was all for girl's day, so I could feel spring. We took several pictures of them before I'd ate them. All of the cooking was delicious, so we enjoyed eating and talking for a while.

 

a sample

I stayed at home all day. I made a sample for my aromatherapy and a herbal lesson. The sample was a herb eye pillow. First, I mixed some lavender and some flax seeds in a bowl with a glass stick. Then I put several kinds of essential oils into the bowl, and I mixed all of them. Lastly, I stuffed them into 2 paper packs and I put the packs into herb eye pillow cover which I had made. I heated the herb eye pillow in a microwave oven for 15 seconds. I tried putting it on my eyes. I felt really good, so I was satisfied with the herb eye pillow.

My lesson

My student Yukari came to my home in the afternoon. I met her for the first time in about 8 months. I gave a lesson on aromatherapy and a herbal lesson for her. I taught her how to make handcream, too. She enjoyed making it all the time. I served a cup of herbal tea and a piece of cake to her. We enjoyed talking for a while.

 

My lesson

I gave a lesson on aromatherapy and a herbal lesson in the afternoon. I taught my students how to make handcream. Each of their handcreams have wonderful fragrances, so they seemed to be satisfied with their handcreams. They enjoyed making them all the time. After the lesson, I made herbal tea for them and I served it for them. We enjoyed talking for a while.

 

Gonta

I went to my father's home in the afternoon. There was more snow in Kawagoe than Itabashi. I did the housework and I cooked food for Gonta as usual, then I walked him. He was in high spirits because of snow, so he tried to dash into a pile of snow at the roadside again and again, so I scolded him again and again. Because I nearly fell down because of him. Then I played with him a lot and I massaged him as usual.

 

heavy snow

When I got up in the morning, I was very surprised at the view out the window, because there was snow everywhere. I was going to go to my father's home, so I canceled going to my father's home because of the snow. We had heavy snow all day, so I stayed at home all day.
