a cooking lesson

I took a cooking lesson at my friend's home at 11:00a.m. There were 3 members and me in the class this time, too. We learned from Hitomi how to cook "Tofu soup", "cover chicken berg with Shiitake mushrooms, Enoki mushrooms and Shimeji mushrooms sauce", "Japanese vegetable soup" and "clams cooked with rice". The Tofu soup seemed like a blancmange. Each menu uses many kinds of vegetables, so they were really healthy. I took several pictures of them.
